he could be stepping down as Peter Parker in the near future, producer Amy Pascal revealed in a new interview that this December’s “Spider-Man: No Way Home” is far from the last Spider-Man movie that will star Holland — at least if all goes according to plan. “This is not the last movie that we are going to make with Marvel,” Pascal told Fandango.
For months now there’s been speculation about the future of “Spider-Man” in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, given star Tom Holland said earlier this year, he had completed his obligations to his Spider-Man contract and recently told GQ he didn’t want to be playing the web-slinger into his ’30s. The thinking had been the Sony/Marvel relationship was done for now and perhaps Peter Parker would go back to Sony’s Spiderverse.
