Perrie Edwards and beau Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain celebrated their son Axel turning one with an adorable zoo-themed party. Perrie, 29, marked the big day in the tot’s life with an adorable montage of pictures and videos from the day Axel was born to his first birthday party posted to her Instagram. She penned a sweet caption to go with the video: “A whole year of Axel.
Memories to cherish forever. I love you my absolute joy, you’ll always be my baby boy!” Proud dad Alex, also 29, posted two hearts on the video which featured a peek into what the trio got up to to celebrate Axel’s day. The family enjoyed a “wild one” party for the youngster that appeared to take place in their back garden.
In wild style, the party was jungle themed and featured many life size animals including a lion, dinosaur and elephants.There was also a balloon arch in an array of hues across the garden with Axel’s name in lights. The jungle theme continued onto Axel’s cake which featured two tiers in ombre colours from white to blue. Around the cake was a giraffe, lion and proudly sat atop was an elephant.
Axel was dressed in a pair of dungarees with a navy t shirt while his mum, Perrie looked chic in a white vest top and jeans while showing off her barefaced beauty. Elsewhere Alex kept it casual in a pair of shorts and a black tee as he sat down with his son while he had a feed. The pair recently got engaged as Alex finally popped the question to her after almost six years together.
