Penny Lancaster celebrates 50th birthday with 50 personalised candles

Ewan McGregor's daughter shared an unseen snap of the Scottish actor as he celebrated a milestone birthday this week. The Star Wars actor turned 50 on Wednesday - 25 years after he got his first big break in Trainspotting in 1996.

The “Maggie May” singer made a surprise appearance in the background of a conversation between Lancaster and Kelly about his wife’s new role as a special constable with the police after appearing on Channel 4 show Famous and Fighting Crime.

She appeared on Lorraine Kelly's chat show to discuss her police training and working to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. However Penny Lancaster's interview with the TV host was interrupted by her husband Rod Stewart midway through the chat on Thursday morning.
