Pixies have announced new UK and European tour for 2023.The Boston rockers are already heading to the US and Australasia this year to play their delayed ‘Come On Pilgrim… It’s Surfer Rosa’ tour, and will look to promote new album ‘Doggerel‘ during their 2023 dates.The ‘Come On Pilgrim… It’s Surfer Rosa’ tour will see Pixies celebrate both their 1987 EP ‘Come On Pilgrim’ and their ’88 album ‘Surfer Rosa’, with all 21 tracks from the records (as well as an encore of assorted hits from Pixies’ other releases) played at the majority of shows.In the UK in 2023, they’ll play Birmingham Forum, Cardiff International Arena and two dates at London’s Roundhouse between March 17 and 21.Tickets for the UK and European leg general sale at 9am BST on this Friday (September 30) here.

As well as the five distributors that founded the event, participants will include 17 others, such as the international distribution arms of NBC, Paramount and Warner Bros. The first in-person event earlier this year, which followed the online event in 2021, was attended by more than 500 international buyers. At the third edition, the founding distributors from the inaugural event in 2020 – All3Media Intl., Banijay Rights, Entertainment One, Fremantle and ITV Studios – are to be joined by a further 17 partners, with others likely to take part.

Pendulum have announced a one-off London show, due to take place in spring 2023.The Australian EDM legends will play the O2 Academy Brixton on March 5. Nova Twins have extended their UK and European ‘Supernova’ tour into 2023 – tickets will be available from here.The London rock duo, who released their second album ‘Supernova’ in June, were already set to play headline shows in Glasgow, Manchester and London this November following a run of North American and European dates.Today (September 5), it’s been confirmed that Nova Twins will return to these shores next February after wrapping up their forthcoming Australian gigs.The stint will kick off with two Irish concerts in Belfast and Dublin on February 10 and 11, respectively. Further shows will take place in Norwich (17), Bristol (18), Liverpool (23), Edinburgh (24), Newcastle (25), Leeds (26), Birmingham (March 2) and Southampton (3).A final gig for the 2023 UK and Ireland tour is scheduled for Brighton on Saturday, March 4.
