The eight-episode UK series serves as a prequel to the 2000 crime thriller film “Sexy Beast.” It traces the relationship between best friends and thieves Gal Dove (James McArdle) and Don Logan (Emun Elliott), who together become involved in London’s criminal world during the 1990s.

Paramount+ has slotted Thursday, February 8, 2024 for the Season 2 premiere of Halo, based on the widely popular and long-running Xbox game franchise. The streamer also unveiled the first-look teaser trailer during its panel today at CCXP in São Paolo, Brazil, with cast members Pablo Schreiber and Joseph Morgan, along with showrunner David Wiener and executive producer Kiki Wolfkill.

The final season of Netflix‘s “The Crown” comes to a close in two weeks when the final six episodes premiere on the streamer on December 14. Bad news for fans of the series, but maybe the right call in the long run.
