Viewers love his ITV show about the adorable dogs up for adoption at Battersea Cats & Dogs Home, and now presenter Paul O’Grady has revealed he’s adopted another pooch from the rescue centre.The Paul O’Grady: For The Love of Dogs star’s news comes after he previously said that he was contractually obliged to not adopt any more new furry friends. Paul’s new pup Sausage, who has described as the “friendliest dog in the world”, joins the four other dogs the 66 year old has previously welcomed into his home from the centre.

Viewers saw Paul meet the pup and fall head over heels during the ninth episode of the 10th series, which aired earlier this week. And officially introducing his new companion to his 617,000 Instagram followers, Paul shared a sweet snap cuddling Sausage.
He wrote: “In tonight’s episode I take this hairy little monster home. She’s called Sausage which isn’t very original but it doesn’t matter as she can’t understand a word of English except for ‘biscuit’.
He also revealed that one of his other furry friends is yet to bond with the new addition. He continued: “She gets on with all the others except for Conchita who simply ignores her but Nancy loves her and together they’re a right pair of hooligans.” He added of the stray, who is believed to be from Poland, and her new ventures: “So far Sausage has eaten her way through a couple of dog beds, an armchair, endless pairs of socks and shoes and the stair carpet but she’s the
