The 53-year-old Great British Bake Off star was first linked to 36-year-old Melissa back in September - just weeks after he split from 24-year-old barmaid Summer Monteys-Fullam.
It is believed Paul fell for Melissa after growing close to her after spending time at her pub, The Chequers Inn, in Smarten, Kent - a short distance
