Patrick Mahomes sent out a tweet last night about fellow NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers that he had to quickly edit.
If you don’t know, Aaron, 39, tore his Achilles tendon on the first offensive drive of the New York Jets’ season. Aaron played the entirety of his career with the Green Bay Packers up until this summer, when he was traded to the Jets.
It was tough to watch Aaron injured on the field for fans and fellow players. Patrick was one of those players.
