Shaughna Phillips has confirmed she has had liposuction on her lower legs after teasing she had undergone mystery surgery.The 26 year old took to social media earlier this week to announce she had a procedure done on her legs, but kept tight-lipped about what exactly the surgery was. Love Island star Shaughna has now opened up on what happened under the knife as she explained she has been diagnosed with lipoedema.
