A police boss said Sarah Everard 'should never have submitted' to her murderer arresting her, prompting calls for him to resign.
Sarah Everard was kidnapped after police officer Wayne Couzens used his force ID to put her in handcuffs in a fake arrest.
He would go on to rape and murder the 33-year-old, and has now been sentenced to life in prison.
