Original 'Sex & the City' Costume Designer Says Cynthia Nixon 'Thinks She Knows Everything & She Doesn't'

Setting the record straight! On Friday, January 7, And Just Like That costume designers Molly Rogers and Danny Santiago responded to Sex and the City costume designer Patricia Fields’ claims that Cynthia Nixon thinks she “knows everything” when it comes to clothing.

Turns out Cynthia Nixon isn’t the biggest fan of the original Sex and the City!

Chris Noth has been accused of sexual assault by four women now. Besides probably destroying his marriage and possibly yielding belated legal consequences, the scandal has also had the effect of destroying an image held by many Sex and the City fans.

Sex & The City have expressed their support for the women who have recently accused their co-star Chris Noth of sexual assault.Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis said they were “deeply saddened” to hear of the allegations, which Noth has categorically denied.“We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences,” they said in a joint statement shared to their social media accounts.

Rachael Stanley, the longtime executive director of the Costume Designers Guild, IATSE Local 892, has retired. Before she started working for the union in 2004, Stanley designed costumes on such shows as Ally McBeal, Sisters and Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
