Videos obtained by prosecutors have even shown the OF star yelling at Christian and calling him the N-word.
She faces up to life in prison if convicted. But now, Courtney has more to worry about than just spending the rest of her life behind bars. While awaiting for her trial to begin, the estate for Christian has filed a lawsuit against the murder suspect – along with the owner and security team for the condo where the couple lived!

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline on Thursday, the estate accused Courtney and the other defendants of negligence in the death of Christian, stating in the filing:
As for why the estate included the building owner and security team in the lawsuit? Per the court filing, they blamed them for failing to protect the property’s residents and guests, including Christian, from “reasonably foreseeable criminal attacks.” The estate claimed the defendants did not provide decent security for the condo building, hire sufficient security personnel, properly train the guards, adequately patrol the residence, and failed to have enough security on site.
