Olly Murs couldn't help but take to Instagram to celebrate some big news with fans on Sunday.

Popular singer Olly Murs could barely contain his excitement as he filmed the moment his girlfriend Amelia Tank won a huge bodybuilding competition.The Voice coach filmed himself waiting for the result saying: “Amelia’s won both her categories and we’re so happy but it’s now time for the overall winner of the day and she’s never, ever won this one.” Olly, 37, was clearly on the edge of his seat as he could be seen wide eyed with his hand over his mouth as he awaited the final result.

Caroline Flack's family are "grateful" after her friends organised a charity trek in her memory. Personal trainer Bradley Simmonds got a group of Caroline's friends and family, including Olly Murs and Lou Teasdale, together for Climb for Caroline and they completed a charity hike in the Lake Distract in honour of the late TV presenter.

Caroline Flack has raised almost £30,000 for Samaritans. The former Love Island presenter’s family and close friends, including Olly Murs, embarked on a two-day trek across the peaks of the Lake District, including Scafell Pike, led by her personal trainer Bradley Simmonds.
