Not enough paramedics went into the blast zone to help casualties at Manchester Arena after the bombing, an ambulance service expert has told the public inquiry.

Three went into the City Room but if more specialists present had been sent in, the triage process would have been faster and the extrication of casualties 'more decisive and more effective', the expert added.
