Noah Centineo No Longer Playing He-Man, Exits 'Masters of the Universe' Movie

The 2021 virtual edition of the Canadian Screen Awards kicked off on Monday, May 17 for a week-long celebration of the best in Canadian film and television.

Comedian and television host Trevor Noah and actress Minka Kelly have reportedly parted ways. The 37-year-old Daily Show host and the 40-year-old Titans actress started dating back in August 2020 and now, according to reports via People magazine, have called it quits.

A little more than two years ago, it was reported that Noah Centineo was attached to the new reboot of “Masters of the Universe.” The new film from directors Aaron and Adam Nee was set to revive the ‘80s franchise and turn Centineo into an action star. However, since that news, the film has been delayed numerous times and there were even rumors that Netflix might purchase the rights.

Noah Centineo has reportedly exited from the upcoming movie Masters of the Universe, which was to star him in the role of He-Man. While the reason for Centineo stepping away from the project is unknown, it was reported by Collider that the actor is no longer attached to the project.
