No matter how many movies and TV series are made about the dangers of artificial intelligence, billionaires and tech companies around the world still are hellbent on marching us closer to our inevitable demise at the hands of the AI-infused robot overlords. Well, maybe the world needs a new TV series about AI starring Brian Tyree Henry and Kate Mara to learn our lesson once and for all.

Back in December, it was announced that Frances McDormand (who basically only appears in Oscar-nominated films) is set to join the upcoming film, “Women Talking,” from director Sarah Polley. As if it isn’t exciting enough to have McDormand and Polley working together on a new film, the news was made even sweeter today as the rest of the main cast was announced, featuring some truly great talents.

EXCLUSIVE: MGM’s Orion Pictures and Plan B Entertainment have set Rooney Mara, Claire Foy, Jessie Buckley, Judith Ivey, Sheila McCarthy, Michelle McLeod and Ben Whishaw to join Frances McDormand in writer/director Sarah Polley’s feature adaptation of Miriam Toews’ bestselling novel Women Talking.
