Nish Kumar wants to play James Bond “as a prank”

Back in March, reports emerged that Aaron Taylor Johnson had landed the coveted role of James Bond in the upcoming 007 movie.

EXCLUSIVE: We can tell you that James Franco and Oscar winner Tommy Lee Jones are leading the action thriller The Razor’s Edge from producer Corey Large (Paradise City, It Follows, The November Man) and filmmaker Demian Lichtenstein (3000 Miles to Graceland).

Breitbart News argued the performance “should still be drawing big crowds during Broadway’s peak season – the month before the Tony Awards,” which is right now.The play first opened on Broadway last month, following an Off-Broadway run that started in 2022 in New York City’s “The Public” theater. The musical was by singer-songwriter Shaina Taub, directed by Leigh Silverman, and produced by lead producers Jill Furman and Rachel Sussman, along with co-producers Hillary Clinton and Malala Yousafzai.Breitbart also noted that Vice President Harris’s niece, Meena Harris, is another producer on the stage play.The three-hour-long play brings the women’s suffrage movement of the early 1900s to the stage.

The 1% Club was taken off air this weekend following the sad news that contestant Steven Wong passed away shortly after filming the ITV game show.The programme, which is hosted by comedian Lee Mack, had to pause its broadcast after the tragic event. ITV has decided to remove Britain's Got Talent from its schedule next weekend, in an attempt to avoid a 'ratings war' with the Eurovision Song Contest. On Saturday, May 11, the popular talent show will be replaced by the Bond film Casino Royale, with BGT set to return on Sunday night, May 12.
