Nicki Minaj has seemingly been arrested at an Amsterdam airport.
On Saturday (May 25), the 41-year-old rapper took to social media to share a video that she said was evidence that her Pink Friday 2 Tour was being “sabotaged.” In the clip, she was told by her pilot that police were performing a search of her luggage.
She implied that this was taking place to delay her flight to Manchester, where she had a show to perform.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Nicki said that police “found weed” in her belongings, adding that the drugs belonged to her security guard.
In another update that was shared on an Instagram Live, Nicki was seemingly apprehended by a group of police officers who were taking her to the police station.

In it, a police officer said that Nicki was “under arrest.” They assured the rapper that they would try to make the process quick so that she could still make it to Manchester for her concert.
Nicki initially refused to enter a police van that would take her to the station and demanded a lawyer.
She ultimately got into the van and ended her live stream. During it, she asked why she was being arrested and did not get an answer.
