Earthquakes aren’t exactly rare in southern California, but the most recent one wasn’t what anyone was expecting.
A 5.0 magnitude quake hit the region on Sunday afternoon, at the same time that citizens in the area are bracing for a big impact from Hurricane Hilary.
For today, it’s expected that the southern California “will experience the strongest portion of wind and rain. Heavy rainfall is expected in some areas and there will be strong winds.”
Since the earthquake happened, many celebs, including Nicki Minaj, Josh Gad, Brooke Shields and more have reacted to having both natural occurrences happen at the same time.
