The opening episode of Love Island season eight is just hours away and our first sneak peak at what the Islanders get up to has been revealed. New Islanders Paige Thorne, Indiyah Polack, Tasha Ghouri, Amber Beckford and Gemma Owen all make their entrance and explore their new home and begin getting to know each other in the first episode.

Love Island is set to return to ITV2 next week and as anticipation for the new series continues to grow, producers have shared a first-look trailer of contestants leaving their day jobs to find love at the villa.

Amongst the hair-twirling, dancing and cheeky flirting, all the islanders also revealed their occupations - all as they're about to give them up for three months.The video begins with paramedic Paige Thorne biting into a bap as she sees a billboard sign teasing the show of the summer. "The OG dating show is back!" the poster reveals, drawing her in to the show.

He was the first Black actor to win the award.
