With reports that so-called condom stealthing is on the rise, California has become the first state in the US to make the practice a civil crime.

Britney Spears has told fans that she is writing a book about a murdered girl’s ghost, who is stuck in limbo.The singer shared a brief synopsis of the story on her Instagram page last week (October 8), with a photo of a hand holding a pen.“Her ghost gets stuck in limbo because of trauma and pain and she doesn’t know how to cross over to the world she use to know,” she explained in the caption.
