A new phone helpline offering psychological support and advice to residents in Monklands and across Lanarkshire during the coronavirus pandemic has been launched by the area’s health board.
The public distress Covid-19 service aims to help people experiencing anxiety, low mood or other mental health issues during the current crisis.
It can be contacted on 01698 687567 and operates from 8am to 4pm on weekdays, with hopes of further expanding the hours.
