HBO announced today that its feature documentary Spring Awakening: Those You’ve Known, from director Michael John Warren, will debut on the premium cabler on May 3rd at 9 p.m. ET/PT, and will also be available for streaming on HBO Max.

The wait for the much-anticipated prequel is almost over: HBO has announced the debut date for the Game of Thrones prequel from George R.R. Martin, Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapochnik. It will premiere Aug. 21.

The show will feature Liza Tarbuck, Kerry Godliman, Lou Sanders, Ed Gamble and Richard Herring, who won series six to 10 respectively.

Michael was soon charged with her murder, leading to a court case that drew headlines and revealed secrets about the couple’s relationship. The story received renewed interest in 2018, when Netflix released the documentary miniseries “The Staircase,” which covered the case from 2001 to 2017.In HBO Max’s series, Firth portrays Michael, while Collette plays Kathleen.

More Loud House is on the way at Nickelodeon. The network has ordered a new 10-episode live-action series based on the Emmy-winning animated show The Loud House, for premiere later this year on Paramount+. It was announced Thursday during Nickelodeon’s virtual upfront presentation.
