Netflix is limiting streaming quality.
The streaming giant announced that it will be limiting quality of content for the next 30 days for users in Europe to relax bandwidth strain amid the coronavirus outbreak, they announced on Thursday (March 19).
“We estimate that this will reduce Netflix traffic on European networks by around 25% while also ensuring a good quality service for our members,” a Netflix spokesperson said in a statement.
The restriction currently only applies to European users,
