Alongside the image, the 32 year old wrote: "Baby number 3 we can’t wait to meet you … We are so happy and excited." Sam, 31, who welcomed her own third child, Edward, a few weeks ago was quick to comment on her sister's happy news and speculate as to the sex of the unborn child.
