Nadia Sawalha pays tribute to her 'incredible' dad as he recovers from heart surgery

The Chase star Mark Labbett has been seen with a slimmed-down figure after losing ten stone. Mark, who is best known as The Beast on the ITV quiz show, was seen out and about in London wearing baggy clothes as he revealed his incredible weight loss.The 56 year old wore black trousers with a loose-fitting white shirt and black coat as he walked down the street with a bag over his shoulder.

Nadia Sawalha admitted that her self-esteem used to be "so low" that she would avoid friend Kaye Adams. Speaking on Friday's Loose Women, the presenter, 57, recalled that she was "feeling so fragile" at the time that she would avoid her co-star's, 58, calls.
