A mum fought back tears as she described the moment she thought she had 'lost' her young daughter in the Manchester Arena concert bombing.

And two young friends who were linking arms as they walked out of the venue together were 'blown apart' from each other in the blast, with one saying she thought she was going to die, the public inquiry into the atrocity heard on Tuesday.
