A mum has slammed a play area which can only be used by children on one housing estate. Becca Martin took her four-year-old son Charlie to the private playground last weekend, NorthWalesLive reports.

The sign is understood to have been put up by Holmzone Limited, a resident-controlled management company, which charges people who live on the estate an annual fee to pay for the park’s upkeep. Directors said it was justified due to the playground being privately owned and maintained.

What sort of example does that set to our children, the future of our country, our world?”
Cllr Martin said she believed the rule was unenforceable and would not deter her from taking her
