Covid-19 will result in more businesses downsizing to smaller offer spaces over the coming 12 months,according to new research. Property development firm, Accumulate Capital, commissioned an independent survey of more than 500 senior decision-makers from businesses all over the UK and found that 73 per cent of them expect to downsize as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
