KFC is eyeing up a new Manchester restaurant, with plans submitted to open in the heart of the city centre.The fast food giant has submitted a planning application for a unit on Piccadilly, on the fringes of the Northern Quarter.If approved, it will see the brand take over the former Wok & Go site near Piccadilly train station.The plans are to open the new takeaway site at 83 Piccadilly, a grade II-listed building close to Piccadilly Gardens.It will join three other KFC sites in Manchester city
