It’s not easy to pull off a surprise engagement, but Tommy Fury pulled out all the stops to make sure girlfriend – now fiancé – Molly-Mae Hague was ready for the unexpected proposal. Alongside sending out fake event invitations and organising a photographer, videographer and singer RuthAnne to be there, Tommy also made sure that Molly-Mae’s go-to glam squad was ready and waiting to get the former Love Island star ready.
Although Molly-Mae thought she was attending a brand event, her entire team were in on the secret and on hand to get her prepared for the romantic proposal, which included making sure her hair, makeup and outfit were perfect for the once in a lifetime moment. Molly-Mae’s glam team included makeup artist Hollie Flynn, who revealed exactly what had gone into creating the influencer’s gorgeous natural glow, including four different blushers and two lipsticks.
Hollie shared that she used one of Molly-Mae’s go-to beauty products, the Iconic London Super Smoother Blurring Skin Tint, £22.95 here (was £27), combined with Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, £40.50 here (was £45), and Tarte Cosmetics Shape Tape Ultra Creamy Concealer, £27 here (was £28), to create a gorgeous base. Her rosy glow was created using a combination of four different cheek products from Hollie’s collaboration with Made by Mitchell, including three blushers and a highlighter.
Hllie used liquid blusher in shade My Darling, £14 here, and powder shades When I’m Gone and Palma Violet, both £19.50 here, (both of which are currently sold out). She also added Hollipop liquid highlighter, £16 here, and combined the four shades together to create a completely unique glowy look for Molly-Mae.
