Molly-Mae Hague has come under fire after fans questioned her latest brand partnership, declaring "make it make sense." The 24 year old social media sensation has climbed high since she hit the spotlight on Love Island in 2019, earning millions through her endorsement deals, and with a massive following on Instagram and YouTube. Earlier this week, she took to her home-dedicated Instagram account, named MollyMaison, and revealed that she has become an ambassador for Marks & Spencer Food.
In the short clip, she showed off the gold fixtures in her bathroom and made her plush white bed, before taking a number of M&S food bags into the kitchen and rustling up a delicious roast dinner for her family, other half Tommy Fury and daughter Bambi. Little Bambi even made a cameo in the clip, as she smiled alongside her mother, whilst Molly got to work at the stove.
Captioning the post, Molly wrote: "I hope you’ve all had a lovely bank holiday Monday! I’m excited to announce I’m now a @marksandspencerfood ambassador [white love heart] ad." However, some fans seemed confused by the partnership, admitting that they don't associate the reality TV star, who shares vlogs of her life on her YouTube channel, with cooking. One person said: "I don’t get it? Love Molly Mae for fashion and beauty.
But I’ve never followed her for food? Or meal inspo?" Another said: "Molly-Mae cant even cook." A third added: "Love Molly-Mae but we all know she openly lives off Deliveroo? Make it make sense." "We all saw the unseasoned chicken she gave Tommy. Girl can’t cook," wrote one person, poking fun at one of Molly's kitchen creations, which went viral for looking quite "unappetising".
