MJ Williams is sure that Bolton Wanderers can build upon their first season back in League One since 2020 and that the current squad are committed to the club as they aim for a promotion push next season.
Wanderers sit 10th in the table following the weekend's results in League One, which included Williams scoring to help Wanderers come from behind to salvage a point against Sheffield Wednesday.
The Whites had harboured hopes of making a late push for the play-offs this campaign but that has ultimately not materialised.

However, Wanderers have still had a good season back in the third tier of English football after winning automatic promotion out of League Two and are in contention for a top 10 finish.
They have four games left to go this campaign and Williams is targeting 12 points in these fixtures, next up being Doncaster Rovers away this Friday.
And he feels that if they can start winning the big games in the division, as well as tightening up against more physical teams with aerial threats, then they truly be a big force to be reckoned with.
He said: “Now we want to finish strong. Our target is to win the four games and go into next season strong.
“I think we have a massive chance and we showed this season at times how good we can be.
“Before Christmas the injuries and the Covid set us back but I think we have lost three games since we came back – so that shows something.
“Next season we have to start winning the big games and then we can be in a good place.
“I think we can get smarter. We are a good footballing side and when we went to Burton and places like that we knew what was coming but we have to tighten up.
