A government minister has advised against booking summer holidays at the moment - and added he ‘would not’ book a break abroad for July.
Going on holiday abroad is currently illegal, and anyone leaving England without a valid excuse could now face a £5,000 fine.
Under the current Government ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown, May 17 is the earliest date international travel can resume.
