Following her trip to South America with stops in Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Argentina, Miley revealed that she came back with COVID.
“Traveling around the world, playin for a 100,000 people a night & meeting hundreds of fans a day the chances of getting Covid are pretty high,” she wrote on Twitter. “I have Covid now but it was definitely worth it.”
While it was “worth it” to perform and meet fans in the South American countries, Miley added that it does “suck” a bit because she will not be performing at the Janie’s Fund Grammys watch party this weekend.
“[It] sucks because it’s a charity that’s super important to me & my friend Steven Tyler,” she added. “I am feeling fine so don’t worry about me! Sorry Steven! We’ll have to ‘Walk This Way’ another time!”
