According to E! News, the 64-year-old actor was arrested for trespassing and later booked at the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station.

His bail was set at $500 and he was released the next more around 6:40 a.m.
“Police responded to a call for service. The charge was trespassing,” the LA sheriff’s station told the outlet. “It was a citizen’s arrest and he has already been released.”
The Reservoir Dogs star has been arrested twice before, once in 2012 and again in 2019.
The most recent comes a month after the death of his son, Hudson Madsen, who died by suicide at the age of 26 in January. The 26-year-old was a member of the U.S. Army who had completed his first tour and was stationed in Hawaii with his wife Carlie at the time of his death.
“I am in shock as my son, whom I just spoke with a few days ago, said he was happy. My last text from him was ‘I love you dad,’” Michael said in a statement after his death.
