Donald Trump will be facing off against Joe Biden in the first presidential debate of the year, but his wife Melania Trump will not be by his side.
CNN reported just minutes before the debate that Melania would not be in attendance, continuing her new tradition of staying away from the campaign trail.
The news outlet revealed that when Trump exited his plane at the Atlanta airport that his wife was not by his side. Top campaign officials got off the plane with him though.
People believe that President Joe Biden has subtly reacted to Melania‘s absence by praising his wife Jill Biden for being by his side.
