Meghan Markle Pays Surprise Visit to a Women's Center in Vancouver to Discuss Issues Affecting the Community

Meghan Markle has been spending a lot of time with her mother, Doria Ragland, according to a new report.The duchess has reportedly been joined by Ragland on Vancouver Island.

It has just been a few weeks since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have settled down in Canada. But, a latest report hints that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may be on the move again.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stunned royal fans earlier this month when they announced their bombshell decision to step back as senior members of the royal family. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex soon began their new life in Canada and are currently in Vancouver as they are taking some time off from royal duties. Apart from stepping back, Meghan and Harry also revealed that they plan to work to become financially independent and stop their funding from the Sovereign grant. 

Meghan Markle’s dream move to Canada may have cost her more than just her HRH title.The 39 year old and Prince Harry have set up shop in Vancouver Island and are hoping to live a more private life away from the public. However, because she will now be living in North America it is understood that she will have to abandon her bid to be a British citizen.

The Duchess of Sussex went on a hike with her son Archie and two dogs, and was photographed with a big, genuine smile on her face. She kept her son close to her and his face away from the camera. Meghan Markle was spotted visiting another Canadian charity on Wednesday, after leaving the UK for Canada last week.The Duchess of Sussex was all smiles as she visited the Justice For Girls group in Vancouver, where she discussed climate justice for women and the rights of Indigenous people. In black and white photos shared by the group, Meghan sips tea with the women at the centre, before posing for a group photo.

You will not find any slander of the Duchess here, nope. We’re just happy that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Canadian fortress was available for them to sneak away to amidst all of this royal family drama. That’s right—the Duke and Duchess of Sussex already have a place to call home for now in Canada, but as it turns out, it’s not even on the mainland. The royal couple is actually staying in a fortified mansion on Vancouver Island.

After returning to Canada following the announcement that she and Prince Harry would step down as senior royals, Meghan Markle attended her first public engagement since the news broke, visiting a women's center in Vancouver.
