The 2022 Met Gala raised a record $17.4 million, museum officials said Tuesday.  The annual fundraising gala was held on the first Monday in May in New York City this year, as is tradition.This is the first time it has been held on its regularly scheduled date after nearly two years of a pandemic hiatus.  This year's theme was "In America: An Anthology of Fashion," the second installment of a two-part series paying homage to American stylists and designers.The approximately 400 celebrities and personalities in attendance were asked to abide by the "gilded glamour" dress code.  Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Kim Kardashian attend The 2022 Met Gala. From what I remember, she sent me a bunch of devil emojis and said something about counting down the days to beat me, or I don't know what they meant.» Kylie went on to share that the texts were on an old phone and that she viewed the messages as an empty threat. The makeup mogul also testified that Tyga told her that Chyna used drugs and assumed that she may be high when sending those texts.Kylie previously dated Tyga, who shares 9-year-old son, King Cairo, with Chyna.

Kylie Jenner took the stand in court on Monday and made serious claims about Blac Chyna. Chyna is battling it out in court with the Kardashians over the $100 million defamation lawsuit she filed in 2017.  Chyna, 33, claims a coup by the Kardashian clan was plotted against her, which led to the cancelation of her reality show, "Rob & Chyna," and a financial loss.

Jem Aswad Senior Music EditorAfter months of gradually unveiling details, Megan Thee Stallion specifically recounted her recollections of the July 2020 incident in which Tory Lanez allegedly shot her in the feet after an argument following a party at Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood home.In a long and tearful interview with Gayle King on “CBS Mornings,” Megan unambiguously confirmed previous statements on social media and in the press that Lanez (real name: Daystar Peterson) shot her in the feet as she attempted to walk away from a car in which they were traveling with friend Kelsey Nicole and Lanez’s bodyguard, shouting “Dance, bitch!”She also admitted that she initially lied to police about the incident in an attempt to protect the people in the car — all of whom were Black and were being detained at gunpoint by police — saying that she had stepped on glass. She said her instinct was to protect her friends, even though they had just argued, especially because the incident took place at the height of the Black Lives Matter protests.

Kris Jenner took the stand Thursday afternoon as part of Blac Chyna's ongoing civil suit against her ex, Rob Kardashian, and his family.During her testimony, Kris was questioned by Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, regarding statements she'd made during previous depositions about threats she'd been told Chyna had made against her daughter, Kylie Jenner, who was not in court on Thursday but has been on previous days.According to the Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch, she'd heard from Kylie and her then-boyfriend, rapper Tyga — who is also the father of Chyna's 9-year-old son, King Cairo — that Chyna had threatened their lives and had been physically abusive towards Tyga.Kris claimed she had a discussion with Kylie about the alleged death threats and admitted they never spoke to the police regarding them. Kris told the court, «We kept it internal, between the family.»Kris also testified that she had been told by Tyga that Chyna was abusive, and allegedly cut him with a knife.
