Marvel has paid tribute to the late MF DOOM in its newest DOOM comic book.Earlier this week (May 15), Marvel Comics published its first DOOM comic since 2000, which focuses on the lead character Doctor Doom. The newly released comic book pays tribute to late rapper MF DOOM, who was a fan of the character and famously work Doctor Doom’s mask onstage.The opening page of the DOOM issue includes the first line of lyrics to MF DOOM’s and Madlib’s ‘Accordion’: “Living on borrowed time / the clock ticks faster…”Marvel gives a shoutout to MF DOOM on the first page of the new Doctor Doom comic book that was released today.
They dedicated an entire page to the first line of ‘Accordion’. This series of Doctor Doom comics hasn’t been in print since 2000.
This is the first issue since MF DOOM passed away.
