The Rams are on the search for new owners after entering administration last year.
Three parties are said to have put bids in for the club with the Binnie brothers, former Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley and a consortium involving former Derby chairman Andy Appleby all reportedly interested.
The Rams have until the end of the month to provide proof of funds to the EFL.
