Former striker Teddy Sheringham believes incoming Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag faces the toughest job in the Premier League next season.

"I think he has got the toughest of all the jobs in the Premier League next season," Sheringham told the Manchester Evening News. "He has got to turn this boat around that is Man United and it is cascading out of control week by week.
"I think he has got to be a big man to turn the ship around and get it sailing in the right direction. There are a lot of egos at Man United that are not pulling their weight at the moment, and if they are they are pulling their weight it is in the wrong direction.
