Police officers who stopped a driver in his vehicle on Prescott Street in Wigan because of his erratic driving later found that he was nearly three times over the legal limit for alcohol.

Late on Monday night Greater Manchester Police posted on social media that the "manner" of the motorist's driving had raised their suspicion, so pulled the car over to investigate.
