A woman has been charged following an alleged 1am robbery outside a restaurant which left a man with stab injuries to his stomach.

Officers from Greater Manchester Police were called to Stockport Road in Levenshulme to reports that a man had suffered a stab wound at around 1.10am on Friday.

The incident is said to have happened in the street outside a restaurant.
