A man was seriously injured after he was stabbed in south Manchester.
The 30-year-old was attacked on Heathwood Road in Burnage tonight (Tuesday).
Police were called to the scene at about 7.45pm.
The victim was rushed to hospital with injuries believed to be serious but not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made at this stage, a spokesman for GMP said.
Photos from the scene showed the small residential street, near Kingsway, was cordoned off at the junction with Ivylea Road.
