A man was rescued from water this morning following reports of a large emergency services presence.
Fire crews from Rochdale, the Water Incident Unit from Heywood, the turntable ladder and support from Manchester Central and the Technical Response Unit from Ashton were called to South Parade in Rochdale Town Centre this morning at 7.11am (September 10).
