Manchester Magistrates' Court today.Mr O’Casey, of Charles Street in Manchester city centre; and Mr Brown, of no fixed address, are both charged with the murder of 59-year-old Leroy Hanley.Mr Hanley was found on a sofa by the police after they were called to reports of a disturbance at his house on Carnforth Street in Rusholme in the early hours of July 14.He was pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics were called.Both Mr O’Casey and Mr Brown confirmed their names, addresses and date of
murder of Leroy Hanley in Rusholme.Greater Manchester Police said Conor Gould O'Casey, 22, and Jack Brown, 26, have both been charged with a single count of murder.They are due to appear before magistrates on Wednesday.Police were called to reports of a disturbance at a terraced house on Carnforth, Street, Rusholme, in the early hours of last Tuesday, July 14.Mr Hanley was found on a sofa.He was later pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics were called.
