The driver of a black Seat Leon, which was being pursued by officers after allegedly failing to stop, was arrested in connection with the serious crash.It has now been revealed that the pedestrian tragically lost his fight for life on Saturday, September 11. The 28-year-old driver is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today
