A second person has died in the UK after contracting coronavirus, the health secretary has confirmed.

A man has died after being found on rail tracks in Glasgow today.
Officers from British Transport Police and paramedics were called at around 9.37am to the Broomfield Road area of the city earlier today.
Sadly the male was pronounced dead at the scene.
Rail services were cancelled between Stepps and Springburn affecting trains between Cumbernauld and Queen Street.
Trains are now back up and running following the incident this mornig.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious by cops.
