A man has been charged after a hit-and-run collision left a young boy with serious injuries.
Emergency services rushed to the crash on Newchurch Road, Bacup, just after 6.35pm on Thursday, June 24, after an eight-year-old was hit by a grey BMW whilst he rode his scooter on a pedestrian crossing.
